Revolutionizing Campus Engagement
Coming Fall 24' to the University at Buffalo
HIVE is a platform designed to help you easily connect with events and communities on campus.
Most students feel disconnected because campuses are fragmented and existing platforms don’t prioritize their needs.
HIVE is student-focused, designed to create authentic connections and make your campus experience more meaningful.
We aim to bring students closer to their campus community by making events, clubs, and organizations easily accessible.
HIVE was conceived as a solution to address issues of transparency, communication, and bureaucracy faced by university students.
The team was assembled to bring the HIVE concept to life.
Initial development began, focusing on creating the framework for HIVE and conducting R&D to understand student needs.
HIVE launched an alpha at UB to gather feedback and make improvements.
HIVE competed in the Panasci Finals, the largest startup competition at the University at Buffalo.
HIVE traveled to Albany to compete in the New York Business Plan Competition (NYBPC) finals, a statewide intercollegiate competition showcasing innovative student-led startups from New York.
The team took feedback and outlined the phases for launch and identified key features to develop.
After months of development, HIVE will officially launch in its first phase at the University at Buffalo.
